Description:
1. The beer filling machine is used in production of beer drink packed in glass bottles with crown cap.
Washing, filling and sealing parts are integrated in one machine, 3 in 1 type.
2. Bottle washing part:
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process.
The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail.
There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
3. Bottle filling part:
The beer filling machine is designed with advanced technology.
The high quality of NanQing beer filling valve is adopted for filling the beer, with fast filling speed,
high filling precision, stable filling function, long life span to guarantee the quality.
The amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
4. Bottle sealing part:
The crown cap pressing system is used for crown cap sealing. It is with automatic cap sorter,
cap loader, and cap sealing pressing head.
5. This set machine is not set with automatic cap lifter, manual put the caps into the cap sorter, then machine will sort it automatically.

1. Glass bottle carbonated drink filler Triblock Bottle in-feed system
Inlet screw with star-wheel cooperate input the bottle, the suitable bottle is 250ml-1500ml.
Glass Bottle Washing.
The new bottle is transported through the separation screw and starwheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held up words, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.
Glass Bottle Filling
A. Filling valve adopts double vacuum to avoid oxygen left in bottles and prolong beer shelf life, with isobaric mechanical valve, High speed and big flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the liquid level is stable.
B. Main drive adopt gear drive independent, high efficiency, small noise, long life, maintenance-free, transducer can control the main motor speed, the machine adopt Variable-frequency variable speed, whole operations area, motor base is stainless steel contain carbon steel.

Capping Part
The bottle into the click wheel through the transition card bottleneck Capping Machine. Rotary Capping Machine knife stuck on the only bottleneck location, keeping the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Capping Machine Capping head to remain in the revolution and rotation, under the action of the cam to achieve grasping cap, capping, press cap, cap off action, complete the capping process. Management Capping Machine is located in the top cover, through drop-cap rail and cover plate connected Capping Machine allocated. Finished bottle through the bottle capping machine sent from the click wheel to the bottle conveyor chains, conveyor chains send out the triple play by the filling machine, into the next process.
